Sports Achievements for the Session 2021-2022
Shilpa Dhalari and Nisha Kumari were the members of 2nd Runner's-up team in North - Zone Inter Varsity Chess (W) championship - 2021 held at Bundelkhand University Jhansi.
1. Our College Chess (W) team won H.P. University Inter- College Chess (W) Championship held at Government College Chamba consecutively 3rd time and won miniature trophy. Shilpa Dhalari and Nisha Kumari participated in Inter- Varsity Chess (W)Championship held at Bundelkhand University Jhansi.
2. Our College Hockey (M) team won H.P. University Inter- College Hockey (M) Championship -2021 held at Government College Una after more than three decades. Khem Singh, Lakhan Bhardwaj, Kartik, Dheeraj, Vijay Kumar and Vibhav Sen played Inter- Varsity Hockey (M)Championship held at GNDU Amritsar. Khem, Kartik and Karan were the members of Senior State Hockey (M) Championship. Lakhan and Hash were the members of Junior State Hockey (M) Championship.
3. Our College Chess (M) team won H.P. University Inter- College Chess (M) Championship held at Government College Chamba. Dinesh Kumar participated in Inter- Varsity Chess (M)Championship held at NSIT Dwarka, Delhi.
4. Our College Kho- Kho (W) team won H.P. University Inter- College Kho- Kho (W) Championship 2021 held at Government Sanskrit College Nahan.
5. Our College Hockey (W) team remained runners up in H.P. University Inter- College Hockey (W) championship -2021 held at Government College Una. Meenakshi, Malvi Patyal, and Tanya participated in Inter- Varsity Hockey (W) Championship held at Kurukshetra University Kurukshetra.
6. In Boxing Women section Dimple Upadhyay won Gold Medal in H.P. University Inter- College Boxing (W) Championship 2021 held at RKMV Shimla. She played All India Inter- Varsity in Boxing at LPU Jalandhar. She also won Gold Medal in Senior State and Played Senior national in Boxing at Hisar. Deepika and Muskan won Bronze Medal in H.P. University Inter- College Boxing (W) Championship 2021 held at RKMV Shimla.
7. In Boxing Men section Nishant Guleria and Vishal participated in All India Inter- Varsity Boxing (M)Championship - 2021 held at LPU Jalandhar. Nishant Guleria also won Silver medal in Senior State Boxing (M) Championship - 2021 held at Rampur, Shimla. Avinash Chandel won Gold Medal in Senior State Boxing (M) Championship - 2021held at Rampur, Shimla and participated in Senior National Boxing (M)Championship - 2021 held at Bilari, Karnataka.
8. Varsha was the member of 3rdplace holder team in North – Zone Inter Varsity Cricket (W) championship at MDU Rohtak and also she played Junior National in Cricket at Andhra Pradesh.
9. In Kho – Kho (M) section Ajay Kumar participated in North Zone Inter- Varsity Kho - Kho (M) Championship -2021 held at DAV University Jalandhar. He was also the member of Senior State Kho-Kho (M) Championship -2021 held at Bilaspur and he participated in Senior National Kho-Kho (M) Championship -2021 held at Jabbalpur, MP.
10. In Wrestling (W) Kusum Lata won Medal in HPU Inter- College Wrestling (W) Championship - 2021 held at MLSM College Sundernagar. She also played Junior National Wrestling (W) Championship -2021held at Karnatka. Anjali Sharma and Somesh Vashisht won Bronze Medal in HPUInter- College Wrestling (W) Championship - 2021 held at MLSM College Sundernagar.
11. Anita participated in All India Inter- Varsity Cross Country (W) Championship - 2021 held at Manglore University Mangalagangothri. She was the member of of Kho- Kho (W) Winner team and Hockey runners up team in HPU Inter- College Kho - Kho (W) Championship -2021 and HPU Inter- College Kho - Kho (W) Championship – 2021. She was also the Best Athlete in College Annual Athletic meet – 2021.
12. In Judo Daivgya Awasthi won Bronze Medal in HPU Inter- College Judo (M) Championship - 2021 held at Government College Una.
13. Sakshi Chandel won Senior State Badminton (W) Championship - 2021 held at Hamirpur.
14. Santosh Kumar was the Best Athlete in College Annual Athletic Meet – 2021.
Sports Achievements for the Session2019-2020
1. Mr Ayaan Parihar won silver medal in 1st Khelo India Inter University Games in Boxing. He also won silver medal in All India Inter University Boxing (Men) Championship - 2020 held at KIIT University Bhuvneshvar Odisha.
2. Ms Sakshi Chandel played 1st Khelo India Inter University Games in Badminton. She was also the member of 3rd place holder team in Inter Varsity Badminton (W) Championship - 2020 held at KIIT University Bhuvneshvar Odisha.
3. Our College Hockey (W) team won H.P. University Inter- College Hockey (W) championship -2019 held at VGC, Mandi consecutively2nd time. Pinki, Yenum Sharma, Kalpna, Neha and Raksha, participated in Inter- Varsity Hockey (W) Championship held at Punjabi University Patiala. Pinkiand Raksha played Senior National in Hockey. Pinki, Yenum Sharma and Neha werethe member of Winner team of Senior State Hockey (W) Championship.
4. Our College Chess (W) team wonH.P. University Inter- College Chess (W) Championship 2019 held at Government College Beetan , Una consecutively 2nd time. Shilpa Dhalari and Chandrika Katoch participated in Inter- Varsity Chess (W) Championship held at Chandigarh University Chandigarh.
5. Our College Hockey (M) team remained runners up in H.P. University Inter- College Hockey (M) Championship2019 held at Government College Una after Ninteen years. Sahil, Ashok Kumar,Manish and Sachin played Inter- Varsity Hackey (M) Championship held at JMI Delhi. Sahil, Ashok and Manish were the member of Winner team of Senior State Hockey (M) Championship.
6. Our College Boxing (M) team won Runners– up trophy in H.P. University Inter- College Boxing (M) Championship 2019 held at VGC Mandi. Ayan, Parikshit and Avinash Chandel won Gold Medal and played All India Inter- Varsity in Boxing. Dikshit, Gaurav Dhiman and Yashpal won BronzeMedal in Boxing.

9. In Boxing women section Disha and Manju won Silver Medal in H.P. University Inter- College Boxing (W)Championship 2019 held at Government College Reckong Peo. She played All India Inter- Varsity in Boxing at JRNR Vidyapeeth Udaipur Rajsthan. She also won Silver Medal in Senior State. Dinesh Kumari won Silver Medal in Senior State. Dinesh Kumari, Tanuja and Jagriti won Bronze Medal in H.P. University Inter-College Boxing (M) Championship 2018 held at Government College Reckong Peo.
10. In Wrestling (M) Sunny Kumar won Gold Medal in H.P. University Inter- College Wrestling (M) Championship 2018 held at MLSM College Sundernagar. He played All India Inter- Varsity in Wrestling at Chaudhary Bansi Lal University Bhiwani, Haryana. He also played Senior National and Youth National (U- 23) in Wrestling at Gonda UP and Chitorgarh Rajsthan respectively.
11. In Wrestling (W) Jayanti won SilverMedal and Tanuja won Bronze Medal in H.P. University Inter- College Wrestling (W)Championship 2018 held at MLSM College Sundernagar.
12. Shivam Verma participated in Inter- Varsity TT (M) Championship held at Chitkara University Baddi. He also played Senior State and Junior State in TT at Shimla.
13. Mayush Verma and Varsha Thakur played Inter- Varsity in Cricket at MDU Rohatak.
14. Sachin and Jay Kumar played Inter- Varsity in Hockey at Aligarh Muslim University Aligarh.
15. Sanjai Kumar played Inter-Varsity in Kho - Kho at Avadh University Faizabad.
16. Rina Kumari won Silver Medal in Discus Throw in H.P. University Inter- College Annual Athletic Meet 2018 held at Government College Hamirpur.
17. Vidya Devi won Silver Medal, Pritika Saklani, Roshani Devi, Manju Kumari won Bronze Medals in H.P. University Inter- College Taekwondo Championship 2018 held at Government College Indora.
18. Jaybanti and Satyam Guleria won bronze Medals in H.P. University Inter- College Judo Championship 2018 held at Government College Indora.
19. Nandan Saini, Vinay Thakur andArpit Parmar were the members of Runners up team in Junior State (U- 19)Football Championship held at Shahpur Kangra.
20. Aditya and Akash were the members of Runners up team in Junior State Volleyball Championship held at Dhalpur Kullu.
21. Rahul and Dinesh Kumar participated in Inter- Varsity Chess (M) Championship held at CCU Meerut.

1. Our College Hockey (W) team remained winner in H.P. University Inter- College Hockey (W) Championship 2018held at MLS College Sundernagar. Yenum Sharma, Raksha, Pinki and Kalpna participated in Inter- Varsity Hockey (W) Championship held at Punjab University Chandigarh. Pinki and Neha played Junior National in Hockey.
2. Our College Chess (W) team remained winner in H.P. University Inter- College Chess (W) Championship 2018held at Government College Theog. Shilpa Dhalari participated in Inter- Varsity Chess (W) Championship held at Amity University Noida.
3. Our College Chess (M) team remained runners up in H.P. University Inter- College Chess (M) Championship2018 held at Government College Theog. Rahul and Dinesh Kumar participated in Inter- Varsity Chess (M) Championship held at CCU Meerut.
4. Our College Boxing (M) team won 3rdplace in H.P. University Inter- College Boxing (M) Championship 2018 held at Government College Sunni. Parikshit won Gold Medal and got selected for Inter –Varsity. Gulshan won Silver Medal and Dikshit won Bronze Medal in Boxing.
5. Our College X- Country (M) team won 3rd place in H.P. University Inter- College X- Country (M)Championship 2018 held at Government College Jogindernagar.
6. Our College Volleyball (W) team remained at 4th place in H.P. University Inter- College Volleyball(W) Championship 2018 held at Government College Jogindernagar. Jethi Devi participated in All India Inter- Varsity Volleyball (W) Championship held at IIS University Jaipur. She was also the member of 3rd place holder team in North Zone Inter – Varsity. Anjali Kashyap played Senior National in Volleyball at Chennai.
7. Our College Badminton (W) team remained at 4th place in H.P. University Inter- College Badminton(W) Championship 2018 held at Government College Mandi. Sakshi Chandel participated in Inter- Varsity Badminton (W) Championship held at LPU Ludhiana. She also played Senior National and North Zone in Badminton at Guwahati and Udaipur respectively. She was also the member of winner team of HP Senior State.
8. In Boxing Disha won Gold Medal inH.P. University Inter- College Boxing (W) Championship 2018 held at Government College Reckong Peo. She played All India Inter- Varsity in Boxing at JRNR Vidyapeeth Udaipur Rajsthan. She also won Silver Medal in Senior State. Dinesh Kumari won Silver Medal in Senior State. 1. Our College Badminton (W) team remained winner in H.P. University Inter- College Badminton (W) Championship2017held at GC Kotsera. Divya Duggal &Sakshi participated in Inter- Varsity Badminton(W) Championship held at MDU Rohatak. Divya Duggal also played Senior National in Badminton.
2. Our College Hockey (W) team won Runners- up trophy in H.P. University Inter –College Hockey (W) Championship2017 held at MLSM College Sundernagar. Indra and Payal participated in Inter-Varsity Hockey (W) Championship held at MJPU Rohilkhand Bareilly.
3. Our College Cross- Country (M)team won Runners- up trophy in H.P. University Inter –College Cross- Country(M) Championship 2017 held at Government Degree College Banjar.
4. Our College Chess (M) team won Runners- up trophy in H.P. University Inter –College Chess (M)Championship 2017held at GGC Hamirpur.
5. Our College Hockey (M) team won 3rdposition in H.P. University Inter –College Hockey (M) Championship 2017 held at MLSM College Sundernagar. Sachin and Gurpej participated in Inter- Varsity Hockey (M) Championship held at Punjab University Chandigarh. Sahil, Piyush and Sachin played Junior National in Hockey.
6. Sunny Kumar won silver medal in H.P. University Inter –College Wrestling (M) Championship 2017 held at GC Indora.
7. Roshani and Manju Kanwar won Bronze Medal in H.P. University Inter –College Taekwondo (W) Championship 2017held at Gautam Girls College Hamirpur.
8. Gulshan and Tanuja Kumari wonSilver medal and Sunil Kumar won Bronze medal In H.P. University Inter –College Boxing (W&M) Championship 2017 held at GC Rampur and GC Aani respectively.
9. Shivam Verma participated in Inter- Varsity TT (M) Championship held at University of Jammu.
10. Gulshan participated in Inter-Varsity Basket Ball (M) Championship held at JMI New Delhi.
11. ArjunNarata participated in Inter- Varsity Badminton (M) Championship held at MDU Rohatak.

1. Our Boxer Mr. ASHISH BHANDOR won Bronze Medal in Senior National Boxing (M) Championship held at Hisar (M.P.).
2. Our College Boxing (M) team became Over All Champion of HP University Inter-College Boxing (M) Championship held at Government College Nagrota Bagwan after more than 4 decades by winning 3 Gold Medals, 2 Silver Medals and 2 Bronze Medals. ASHISH BANDOR, HIMNSHU and CHETAN CHAUDHARY won Gold Medals and participated in All India Inter Varsity Boxing (M) Championship. AVINASHCHANDEL and VIRENDER SAINI won silver medals & VISHAL and SAHIL THAKUR won Bronze Medals. ASHISH BHANDOR, VISHAL and AVINASH won Gold Medal in SeniorState Boxing (M) Championship held at Kangra and VISHAL was awarded Best Boxer also.
3. Himachal Pradesh University, Shimla introduced Wushu (M&W) championship first time and our college created history by becoming overall champion in both the sections by grabbing 3Gold, 2 Silver and 2Bronze medals in men section&3Gold and 2Bronze Medals in women section. AADITYA CHAUDHARY, ABHAY SINGH, VISHAL,ANITA, ANITA KUMARI and DEEPIKA JAMWAL won Gold Medals and participated in All India Inter-Varsity Wushu (M&W) Championship held at Chandigarh University, Chandigarh.
4. Our College Cricket (M) team won H.P. University Inter- College Cricket (M)Championship held at Government College Mandi after so many years. AKSHAY KUMAR,JAGDISH CHAND, SANDEEP CHAUHAN and KASHMIR SINGH participated in Inter- Varsity Cricket(M) Championship held at Krukshetra University, Kurukshetra.
5. Our College Shooting (W) team became Over All Champion of H.P. University Inter-College Shooting (W) Championship held at HPU Shimla.
6. Our College Hockey men and women both teams stood runner’s-up in H.P. University Inter- College Hockey (M&W) Championship held at Vallabh Government College Mandi. AMIT KUMAR, KHEM SINGH, LAKHAN BHARDWAJ, KARTIK, DHEERAJ and SHIVAM THAKUR played Inter- Varsity Hockey (M) Championship held at Lovely Professional University, Jalandhar. MEENAKASHI, GEETANJALI, KUSUM and JYOTI participated in Inter- Varsity Hockey (W) Championship held at Khalsa College Amritsar.
7. First time in the history, Our College Cricket (W) team became runner’s-up in H.P. University Inter- College Cricket (W) Championship held at DAV College Kangra. VARSHA THAKUR and RANJANA THAKUR participated in North Zone Inter- Varsity Cricket (W) Championship held at MLSM College Sundernagar.
8. Our College Shooting (M) team was Over All 3rd in H.P. University Inter-College Shooting (M) Championship held at HPU Shimla.
9. In Boxing Women section DIMPLE UPADHYAY won Gold Medal in H.P. University Inter-College Boxing (W) Championship held at Government College Jogindernagar. She played All India Inter- Varsity Boxing (W) Championship held at MDU, Rohtak. She also won Gold Medal in Senior State and Played Senior National in Boxing at Bhopal (MP). ANITA, DEEPIKA JAMWAL, MADHU, DEEPIKA, PRATIKSHA and ISHITA won Bronze Medal in H.P. University Inter- College Boxing (W) Championship held at Government College Jogindernagar.
10. ASHITA was the member of Runner’s-up team in All India Inter -Varsity Kabaddi (W) championship held at Chaudhary Ranbeer Singh University Jind, Haryana and also Runner’s-up team in North Zone Inter -Varsity Kabaddi (W) championship at Bhagatpur University, Haryana and got selected for Khelo India University Games-2023.
11. In Chess GUNJAN participated in Senior National Chess (W) Championship.
12. In Kho – Kho (W)section AISHWARYA SHARMA participated in North Zone Inter- Varsity Kho - Kho (W)Championship held at Chaudhary Ranbeer Singh University Jind, Haryana.
13. In Wrestling (W) ANITA won Gold Medal in HPU Inter- College Wrestling (W) Championship held at Government College Nurpur and participated in All India Inter - Varsity. ANJALI won Silver Medal and Anita won Bronze Medal in HPU Inter- College Wrestling (W)Championship.
14. KUSUM participated in North Zone Inter- Varsity Athletics Championship held at KIIT University Bhuvneshvar, Odissa.
15. In Judo ABHAY SINGH won Silver Medal in HPU Inter- College Judo (M) Championship held at Government College Sujanpur Tihara.

Ø Celebrated National Sports Day on 29th August, 2022. Organized Cross Country Competition in which more than 600 students took part.
