Political Science

The department of Political Science is among the oldest department of Vallabh Government College Mandi.. The courses offered by the department are affiliated to Himachal Pradesh University Shimla. Department has implemented the choice based credit system (CBCS) for grading B.A. students as per the guidelines of HPU.

Tutorial form an integral part of the teaching method in the department of Political Science.
Apart from being involved in under graduate teaching the faculty of the department has been actively engaged in wide ranging research activities covering a large number of national and regional topics/ subjects.
Since its inception the department is doing great job of putting efforts to achieve the academic goals of the students.
